How it works

Sessions take place at Grip Fitness, a private 1600 square foot gym. The initial session will review your health history and personal goals, followed by a comprehensive panel of fitness assessments and functional screens. This information is fundamental to creating a safe and effective plan for you. The gym is setup differently for each session to provide ever-increasing challenges to your strength, balance, power, and coordination. Sessions wind down with targeted deep tissue release and assisted flexibility.
